Refund policy

At Dave's Wine Revival, we take pride in the quality of our wines and the care we take in getting them to your door. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


1. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your wine arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, email us at dave@thewinerevival.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage

We will offer a replacement, store credit or full refund depending on the nature of the issue.


2. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong wine or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll organise a prompt replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


3. Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. As our wines are perishable and subject to storage conditions, we cannot accept returns once they’ve left our care unless the product is faulty.


4. Returns Process

If a return is approved:

  • We’ll provide instructions on how to return the product (if required).

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item or approving the claim.

Note: We may not require the return of damaged goods, but we do need clear photographic evidence for any claims.


5. Consumer Guarantees

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
