These are the bottles our drinkers come back for — the cult favourites, crowd-pleasers, and low-key legends of The Wine Revival lineup.
2023 GSM – A shape-shifter of a wine, this Grenache-led blend is light on its feet but structured where it counts. Juicy red fruits, fine tannins, and whole-bunch energy make it the go-to for just about any occasion.
2020 "Rej" – A soulful red with Winton goat-level swagger. Montepulciano and Mataro combine for dark fruit, violets, and earthy spice, wrapped in serious structure and smooth tannins. A cult favourite for a reason.
2024 Vermentino – I’ve always loved Vermentino, but this is the first time I’ve gone full skin-contact. It’s not your typical orange wine — I kept cap disturbance minimal to highlight texture without over-extraction. Think mid-palate grip, clean lines, and a nose that smells like Thai basil (which, frankly, is one of my favourite scents on Earth).
2022 Shiraz– This is a smooth, easy-drinking Shiraz with just enough grunt. Think ripe dark berries, a touch of spice, and a velvety finish. Perfect for BBQs, Wednesday nights, or whenever you want a glass that over-delivers.
2022 "Fog" – Moody mornings. Cool-climate fruit. A Shiraz shaped by the mist that lingers just a little longer. This one’s all dark plum, cracked pepper, and quiet complexity — a layered drop that reveals more with every sip. Grown in elevated vineyards and crafted for slow moments.
