Shipping policy

At Dave's Wine Revival, we ship exceptional wine straight from our shed to your doorstep — no middlemen, just good wine and good vibes. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Where We Ship

We deliver wine Australia-wide using trusted courier partners. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us at dave@thewinerevival.com.au.

Please note: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or international addresses at this time.

2. Shipping Rates & Timeframes

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and order size.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional & remote areas: 5–10 business days

We’ll send you a tracking link once your order is dispatched so you can keep an eye on its journey.

3. Authority to Leave (ATL)

By default, our couriers operate with Authority to Leave. If no one is home, your wine will be left in a safe place. If the driver deems the location unsafe, a card will be left with instructions to arrange redelivery or pickup.

You can add delivery instructions at checkout to help us find a secure spot.

4. Age Verification

As a licensed wine business, we are required by law to confirm that you are over 18.

  • By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal drinking age.

  • Delivery may require age verification upon receipt.
    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if this condition is not met.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, delayed or damaged in transit, contact us at dave@thewinerevival.com.au within 7 days of expected delivery. We'll work with you to resolve it as quickly (and painlessly) as possible.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information. If your parcel is returned to us, we may charge for redelivery.
