Custom Wine-Labelling

Our high quality, small batch wine – labelled with your logo, branding and messaging - is the perfect corporate gift idea or promotion for your business.

Unlike traditional items in this space (like coffee mugs and keyrings) you know that your custom-labelled wine ensures reach. It will not be relegated to a bottom drawer or the bin, wasting your investment - it will be read, and enjoyed, by your customers.

This gift speaks twice – through the label, and with the contents.

For corporate clients we recommend utilising one of our existing front-label designs (to show that you are gifting high quality wine) – with or without addition of your logo and a brief brand message or phrase, and more fully customising the back label with your business details, and information about the event, occasion or promotion which the gift relates to.

It’s a simple four step process:

1. Choose your wine/s from this selection

2. Choose your Label

You can choose:

• Your favourite existing label from any Gerler or Brill wine (doesn’t have to be the one the wine usually comes with!); OR
• Select any of these artworks for use in your label; OR
• Provide a hero image or full front label - standard labels are 96mm x 82mm, allowing for a 2mm bleed on all sides, 92mm x 78mm.

3. Provide us your logo, business details and a brief brand message, and design details

Make sure you provide us any logo usage specifications.

4. Approve your design

We provide liquor-licensing compliant designs, incorporating your design elements and message, to you for approval.

We are always happy to change the design, if you think it needs to be adjusted to truly represent your brand to your audience.

Celebrating a wedding, birthday, anniversary or other special event? We’ve got you covered with delicious, small-batch wines (we’re stocked in some of Brisbane’s premier venues) paired with your personalised label. Match made in heaven!

For personalising wines for your occasion, we recommend customising the front label (examples below) to put your people or event at the heart of your design. Rectangular and square labels can be easier to design but we also cater to non-standard shapes (e.g. bows, initials) with custom die-cut labels. Our thick, high quality wine label parchment is perfect for all printing and shape needs.

 

The timeline is as little as two weeks from you approving the label to you sharing your unique wines with your friends and family but for large orders and events ordering in advance (with a 50% deposit) means you can simply set your order delivery location and date, so your wine is one less thing to think about!

If that feels daunting (or you just want the experience!) why not make it fun by coming in for a tasting? For customisation clients we offer tastings for groups of up to four (bookings required) free. 

2. Choose your Label

You can:

• Design (or rough-up) your perfect label and share that with us (standard labels are 96mm x 82mm, allowing for a 2mm bleed on all sides, 92mm x 78mm); OR
• Your favourite existing label from any Gerler or Brill wine (doesn’t have to be the one the wine usually comes with!); OR
• Select any of these artworks for use in your label; OR

3. Approve your design

We craft a design or a couple of options for you to consider, based on the information you have provided us and incorporating certain standard requirements for wine labelling compliance.

It’s of the utmost importance to us that you are happy with your design and excited about moving to the next step. We are always happy to adjust or amend our designs, to achieve that.

That’s it! When you have read the FAQs at the bottom of this page, you are ready to start designing your wine!

Cost: Custom-labelling is currently free for all orders of a box or more of any single wine. E.g. a box of Gerler Sauv Blanc is the same outlay for you as buying off our site or from our store, with our labels!

Timing: Turn around time is as little as two weeks from finalisation of your design but you can also order well in advance (50% deposit required, to cover labelling labour and other costs) and take delivery of your custom-label wine whenever and wherever you choose.
