From the producer: Chenin Blanc from the Swan Valley is hand-harvested and gently pressed to large format oak, Italian amphora pots and tanks. The wine is lees stirred for a month to help along with natural malolactic fermentation and is then simply racked to blend and bottled. Not only does Yokel taste fantastic, but each bottle also contributes positively to the world by channeling profits from every sale toward supporting the Western Swamp Tortoise, Yokel's cherished mascot.
