On the palate it delivers tart cherry, sweet kirsch and earthy nuances of game‑meat and hazelnut skins, framed by lifted acidity and a light, savoury finish. This light‑bodied, crystalline Pinot is wild‑fermented, gently aged in old oak and filtered before bottling. Vegan friendly and joyful, it’s pure, fragrant and highly moreish.
