This one’s not here to mess around. It’s a wine with presence — rich, dense, and unapologetically powerful. The Shiraz fruit in 2019 was pristine — deep in colour, tight clusters, bursting with concentration. I chucked in some whole bunches for structure and edge, and let it ferment wild. No inoculation, just a solid ferment with plenty of grunt.
